Buff, Tuff, Cuffs?

Enuff.

This weather is making me deathly ill. 80 degrees to 60 dregrees to a misty, foggy, balmy 43 degrees today. So for a trend as bipolar as New York City weather- Upturned cuffs on jeans, pants, and trousers.

The rules:

1. Sandals, loafers, sneakers, even those man ballet flats you saw on the spring runways last year are fair game.

2. NO BAGGY PANTS. This look only works with tighter fitting styles.

3. Leave the socks at home.
